This Wild at Heart Retreat will take place at Eagle Wings Lodge  in Hocking Hills, OH, October 23rd - October 26th, 2025. Eagle Wings Lodge is located about 1 hour southeast of Columbus, OH. The weekend will begin with dinner at 6 p.m. on Thursday evening and end around 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. The $349 cost of the weekend includes lodging and food; however, you also have the opportunity to shoot firearms. This is completely optional and an additional $40; there is certainly plenty of adventure (hiking, swimming, etc...) in the surrounding area that doesn't involve guns.

During this Wild at Heart Bootcamp in Your World, John Eldredge, author of "Wild at Heart," will help us explore key questions about who we are as men, who God intends us to be, and the spiritual battles that surround us. This is not a retreat where guys break into small groups and share their feelings, but we will have extended time alone with Jesus in a place free of distraction–one that is bursting with the beauty and wonder of his creation. It’s a time of peace and reflection, healing and restoration, laughter and camaraderie, and a chance to become the warrior and lover you were meant to be.
